1. Registering

Registration is free. It gives one person access to the live session and to the recording afterwards. Your join link is personal to you and should not be forwarded — colleagues who want to attend should register separately, which also means they get their own reminders and their own copy of the recording.

By registering you confirm the details you give are accurate and that you are registering on your own behalf.

2. Changes, rescheduling and cancellation

The date, time, host and content of the session may change. The session may be rescheduled or cancelled. If that happens, everyone who registered will be emailed.

You can cancel your own registration at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email about the session.

3. The recording

The session is recorded and the recording is sent to everyone who registered, including those who do not attend live. Asset Panda may publish or reuse the recording afterwards.

The recording, the slides, and everything shown during the session remain the property of Asset Panda or its licensors. You may watch and share the version Asset Panda distributes, but you may not re-record, edit, resell, or publish your own copy of the session without written permission.

4. What is demonstrated is not a commitment

Ursa Inspect is shown for information. Features demonstrated during the session, including anything described as planned or upcoming, may change, may ship differently, or may not ship at all.

Nothing said or shown in the session is a warranty, a service commitment, or part of any contract, and nothing in it should be relied on when making a purchasing decision. Pricing, availability and terms for any Asset Panda product are set out in that product’s own agreement.

5. Conduct during the session

The Q&A and chat are there for questions about the session. Asset Panda may remove any attendee who is abusive, disruptive, or using the session to promote something else, and may moderate or decline to answer any question.

6. The platform

The session runs on Zoom. Joining means accepting that provider’s own terms of service, which are separate from these and from Asset Panda’s Terms of Use. Asset Panda is not responsible for that platform’s availability or performance.

7. No guarantee the session runs perfectly

The session is provided as-is. Asset Panda does not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and is not liable for a connection failure, platform outage, or anything else that stops you attending live. The recording is sent to every registrant, which is the remedy if you miss it.

8. Which terms govern

These webinar terms sit alongside Asset Panda’s Terms of Use. Where the two conflict, the Terms of Use take precedence. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, with exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of Dallas County, Texas.
