1. What we collect when you register

The registration form asks for six things: your first name, last name, email address, phone number, company, and job title. All six are used for the purposes in section 2. Nothing else is collected by the form itself.

As with any web page, standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type may be logged by the platforms hosting this page. That handling is covered by the main Privacy Policy.

2. What we use it for

Sending you the session. Your email address is used for your join link, a reminder before the session, and the recording afterwards.
Reminders by SMS. Your phone number is used for reminders only if you ticked the consent box. See section 4.
Understanding who attends. Company and job title help us pitch the session and its follow-up at the right level.
Follow-up contact. Asset Panda may contact you about Ursa Inspect and its other products and services after the session, using the email address and phone number you gave at registration. You can stop this at any time — see section 7.

3. What the recording captures about you

The session is recorded. The host’s camera, microphone and screen are captured. Attendees are not on camera.

If you ask a question in the Q&A or chat, your question and the name you joined under may be captured in the recording, which is shared with all registrants and may be published afterwards. If you would rather not appear, ask anonymously or email your question ahead of time to [email protected].

4. SMS reminders and how to stop them

SMS reminders are sent only where you ticked the relevant consent box. Consent for marketing messages and consent for non-marketing reminders are separate — ticking one does not tick the other.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your registration and does not stop the emails carrying your join link.

5. The platform we run it on

The session is hosted on Zoom. When you join, that provider processes your information under its own privacy policy, separate from Asset Panda’s and outside Asset Panda’s control. Registration is handled on this funnel before you reach the platform.

6. How long we keep it

Registration details are kept for as long as is reasonably needed for the purposes in section 2 — running the session, sending you the recording, and any follow-up you have not opted out of — along with what is needed to meet legal, tax and recordkeeping obligations.

Where Asset Panda’s Privacy Policy or GDPR Policy sets a shorter or more specific period for a category of information, that period applies instead. You can ask for your registration details to be deleted at any time using the contact in section 8.

7. Your rights over your information

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the information held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Those rights and how to exercise them are set out in the Privacy Policy and, for individuals in the EU and UK, the GDPR Policy.

You can withdraw consent for webinar communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by replying STOP to any SMS.
